Deposit and Cancellation Information

A credit card number is required to secure your booking, however no deposit will be charged to the card. You may choose your method of payment on arrival.

If accommodation is cancelled within 48 hours before check-in date, you will incur a one night charge. This charge will be taken from credit card number provided at time of booking.

As above, if a guest does not arrive and does not give notification of cancellation, one nights’ accommodation will be charged to the provided credit card. If a cheque deposit has been paid this is non-refundable. There will be no reinstatement of the booking.

A full refund will be given on cancellations if more than 48 hours notice is given.
